1. The service

LLM Visibility Check ("we", "the service") provides AI search visibility reports for websites and brands. We probe live AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews) with buyer-intent prompts and report whether a brand is mentioned, how it is described, and which competitors are recommended instead.

2. Free and paid reports

• Free baseline report — offered at no cost, currently delivered by email within one business day.
• Paid reports (for example Deep Report and Competitor Battlecard) — sold as one-time purchases and delivered by email within 24 hours of payment.

Because every report is a live probe run after you order, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we ever cannot deliver a paid report, we refund it in full.

3. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and processed by our merchant of record, Creem, which also handles applicable sales taxes. Payment methods (cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others) are shown at checkout.

• Before delivery: you may cancel a paid order at any time for a full refund.
• After delivery: if the report contains a material error (wrong brand analyzed, missing sections), contact us within 14 days and we will re-run it or refund you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) submit sites you do not own or are not authorized to analyze; (b) use the service to harass, defame, or mislead; (c) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; or (d) resell report access without our written permission.

5. No professional advice

Reports are informational. AI answers change frequently, and a report is a snapshot in time. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes from acting on a report.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (or USD 50 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
